We are looking for a Sales Manager
|Purpose||Manage Sales Operations, improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.|
|Duties||Contribute towards achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives. Develop sales and marketing plans to meet and exceed the revenue goals. Implement these plans and activities, managing the resources and designated sales staff (recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and managing) to execute the plans and achieve the objectives as cost effectively as possible, performing quality controls and monitor production KPI’s. Lead the Sales Team by example, negotiating agreements, managing key accounts, and standing in for absent sales staff. Examine financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability and generate sales reports. Scan the market for opportunities and threats. Understand the competition and our competitive edge. Analyze trends and results. Evaluate and present findings.|
|Required Skills||Diploma/Degree in related discipline|
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Sales Manager and/or Operations Manager.
Proof of solid track record with verifiable references to confirm.
Living in or willing to relocate to Qatar.
Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices.
Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics.
Advanced Excel User.
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
Leadership and organizational skills.
