Refunds & Returns Policy

This policy forms part of the Terms Of Supply, and should be read in context with the Terms Of Supply.

Gift Cards

Should you not receive your gift card via email, remember that your purchases can also be viewed online by logging into the website and clicking on “My Account”. Alternatively, you may also request that we resend your order email again if required.

Should you have reason to believe that any gift card that you purchased through is faulty, please use the Gift Card Support form on our Contact page to send the serial number and details about the problem to us.

We en-devour to escalate the query to the relevant Suppliers and/or Manufacturers within 24 hours, for them to investigate the matter. Please note that it may take several business days for us to receive a reply from the relevant Suppliers and/or Manufacturers.

Within 24 hours of receiving a response from the relevant Suppliers and/or Manufacturer, we will reply to your email, informing you of the findings.

If the secret PIN is found to be faulty, will immediately provide a replacement gift card to you. Where a replacement is not possible, we will immediately refund your money.

However, due to the nature of electronic gift cards, once a VALID secret PIN has been provided to you, it is not possible to accept a return or provide a refund in any form.
