Pricing & Currency Settings

PayThem prices can be converted to the Merchant’s website currency for convenience. If the Merchant’s website is EURO based for example, cost prices and default selling prices will all be displayed in EUROs. 

Merchants can capture a Manual exchange rate or make use of a FREE Open Exchange Rates key.

A default Markup Percentage can be set. When new products are created, this default % is used to calculate and set the regular price that customers pay. Default markup prices will also automatically adjust whenever cost prices increase or decrease. Default markup prices may be replaced with custom fixed or percentage-based prices at product level

Logic Settings

Merchants can limit stock levels visible to customers if required.

By default, the plugin will reserve a gift card as soon as the order status changes to “Processing” and release the secret code’s when the order status changes to  “Completed”. Merchant can change this logic if required.

Order quantities exceeding the CSV Threshold will be attached as CSV files instead of being inserted into order emails.

Marchant can insist the registered users must login and download orders instead of sending orders via email. 

Notification Settings

Merchants can set up a low wallet balance notification email as a reminder to top-up at the desired level.

Merchants can also setup a Price Mismatch notification to receive a warning when the desired minimum profit is not being made on a sale. If supply price changes result in a sale making less profit than the value set, a warning notification is sent.

Bulk Import Products

Select up to 100 supplier products at a time to create WooCommerce products. 

Category selection, custom product names and pricing can all be adjusted on one page before importing. 

Newly created WooCommerce products are saved to draft status, so that final adjustments can be made before publishing.

Intelligent Pricing Models

By default the plugin will only purchase stock when a customer has ordered it. However, Merchants can buy and carry stock reserves to help avoid any supply delays of fast selling products.

Three pricing models are provided:

Charge a percentage markup over the cost price. 

Use the global default price mark up to automatically calculate the selling price to customers.

Set a fixed selling price in any currency. For example, if a store’s default currency is CAD, a Merchant could set a fixed selling price of CAD 10. However, if the Merchant wants to  sell an American gift card for exactly USD 5, the store’s Regular price will automatically adjust every hour so that Customers pay the exact equivalent of US$5 (CAD6.78 in the screenshot).

The advantage of options 1 & 3 above is that selling prices to customers will automatically adjust whenever cost prices from suppliers change.
